Powder Coating at Our Braintree Site
At our Braintree branch, we accommodate all types of work, including larger and heavier work. We have a dual track camel back oven, and a 5.5m box oven. We have 2 spray booths with 4 electrostatic guns, to efficiently process different work and colours at the same time. We have strict quality control in place to ensure the surface is fully prepared prior to coating.
Powder Coating at our Sible Hedingham Site
At our Sible Hedingham branch, we take on all batch work. We have an 200ft online track with 2 electrostatic guns which privileges us to offer one of the fastest turnarounds on mass production in the UK.
Also featuring our newly installed powder coating Robot, which enables us to offer a consistent high quality finish.
We have a strict quality control in place to ensure the surface is fully prepared prior to coating.

Polyester Powder Coating
Polyester powder coating is often preferred over epoxy for several reasons.

Epoxy Powder Coating
